Jessica Durden

Photographer. Future real estate agent. Perpetual student of markets.

Based in Florida. I run Peachy Cheeks Photography full-time, study for my Florida real estate license for later this year, and invest in real estate and equities on the side.

Photography

Tender portraits of the softest days.

My business. I specialize in newborn, maternity, and fresh-48 sessions — quiet, editorial, unhurried — for parents who want heirloom photographs of this chapter.

Serving Florida families in-studio and on-location, newborn-safety trained and fully insured.

Real Estate

Building toward a Florida license.

I'm studying for my Florida real estate license, expected later this year. Once licensed, I'll be helping Florida families find homes the same way I photograph them — patient, unhurried, and obsessed with the small details.

Brokerage affiliation to be announced. If you're a broker who values that pace, I'd love to talk.

Not a licensed real estate agent. Currently pre-license. No real estate services are being offered at this time. Come back soon.

Investing

A slow, curious investor.

Personally active in real estate (buy-and-hold, primarily residential) and public equities. I read a lot, hold for a long time, and try not to be clever.

Not financial advice — just how I think about money and patience.

Quiet morning study — books, notes, and slow reading

About

Hello, I'm Jessica.

Born, raised, and rooted in Florida. I photograph new families, I'm preparing for my real estate license, and I've been quietly investing for years. The through-line is patience: for the parents holding a week-old baby, for the families choosing a home, for the businesses worth holding for decades.

Wife, mother, reader. Partial to early mornings, strong coffee, and slow conversations.
